Author, Consultant, and TwiloPR Agency Owner Chris Heuwetter has designed and executed strategic marketing and digitally aligned public relations programs for an impressive selection of international brands, spanning an array of industries, during his years as a professional. Before launching TwiloPR, Chris worked for New York City-based PR firm M. Silver Associates, a lifestyle/consumer agency with an office in Fort Lauderdale. At M. Silver, Chris handled large-scale accounts like American Express, Northrup Grumman, Aruba Tourism, and Fisher Island Resort in Miami just to name a few. Chris’ work with M. Silver Associates can be demonstrated by his dense portfolio packed with media placements he has secured for clients ranging from magazine cover stories, to national Associated Press placements, to feature-length TV segments from top regional markets around the country. Chris is extremely tech-savvy, and his technological expertise has allowed him to design and launch the digital communications practice of M. Silver Associates, integrating the latest in online reputation management, social media and Internet marketing techniques with traditional public relations strategies.
Prior to working with M. Silver Associates, Chris was an account manager at Estrela Marketing, an interactive marketing and advertising agency. At Estrela, Chris spearheaded digital communications and Web-based initiatives, including social media marketing and new media platform development for clients like Drs. Foster and Smith, NetSuite, Hasbro, and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts through utilization of various Internet marketing techniques, including email marketing, online advertising and Search Engine Optimization.
Chris’ early career included work at Cohn & Wolfe – a large and famous PR firm on Madison Avenue in New York City, Affect Strategies, a trendy NYC high-tech PR and marketing firm, and KCSA, an internationally acclaimed investor relations firm, also located in Manhattan. Chris holds a BA in Public Relations from Long Island University, CW Post.
Chris is also a die-hard CrossFit athlete with a L1 CrossFit trainer certification. He enjoys skiing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and young son.
Paul Led, vice-president
Paul Lederman has been in the marketing/Web-development field for almost ten years specializing in Web product innovation, design, and implementation. Paul has served international clientele from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Paul’s area of expertise includes but is not limited to public relations, branding, Web design, marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, podcasting, video and retention systems. He will approach your Web site not just as a marketing channel, but as a virtual form of your true organization, following the objectives of your real life mission in a virtual world: R&D, Marketing, Sales, Service Delivery, and Customer Support.
Paul is also a fitness and nutrition expert, with a certificate in plant based nutrition from Cornell University. He’s a long-time vegan and is always reminding the TwiloPR team of how we can work towards being a healthier company.
Rob Desario, graphic designer & website programmer
Rob is TwiloPR’s extremely talented website designer and “graphics guy.” He is a creative mind that loves to conceive, design and build digital experiences for people, brands and events. Or sometimes he’ll just stomp on cereal and candy just to make a big mess on the floor. His favorite work is typically our latest as he and Chris tend to talk our clients in to doing something new and fun.
